Circle may have abandoned bitcoin in their front end, shifting more towards a social payments app, but they have had a base in Dublin for some time, including sponsoring pizza, drinks and venues in the Guinness Enterprise Centre over the last few years for some of the Dublin Bitcoin Meetups. The Irish Times reports that they are set to double their workforce here in Ireland.
