This week, crypto comes to Belfast, specifically the Titanic Hotel on October 6th. A modest event, going under the name of DeFi Conf 2022 has a max of 200 tickets, and aims to bring together crypto enthusiasts from across the island of Ireland to talk about all things blockchain, NFTs, Defi and more.

Tickets are ranging from £199 + VAT to £599 + VAT for the conference and are available at the main website, and the conference track discusses topics on DeFi going mainstream, the institutional view of cryptocurencies, regulating DeFi, how to tokenize assets, as well as topics surrounding investing in crypto and web3 projects.

Speakers include representatives from No Fat Ego, London Stock Exchange, Deutsche Börse, BlockXSpace, Coinbase, Blockdaemon, Techstars, Swissborg, Cryptoclear, the Irish Department of Finance, Elliptic, Bitpanda and more.

We’re not in a position to attend ourselves, but we wish all the speakers, as well as those travelling north of the border to attend the best of luck with the event.
